توضح هذه السياسة كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية عند انضمامك إلى قائمة انتظار باقي. تخضع معالجة البيانات لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم م/19، وتشرف عليه الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
الكيان المسؤول عن بياناتك هو "رصيد باقي"، السجل التجاري لتطبيق باقي، ومقره الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية.
عند الانضمام إلى قائمة الانتظار، نطلب منك:
تُستخدم هذه البيانات حاليًا فقط لإدارة قائمة الانتظار، وليس لأي نشاط استثماري أو مصرفي فعلي — فباقي لم يُطلق بعد.
نستخدم بياناتك للتواصل معك عند إطلاق التطبيق، ولفهم تركيبة المنتسبين الأوائل (مثل توزيع البنوك المستخدمة) بما يساعدنا على التخطيط لشراكاتنا التقنية.
تتم معالجة بيانات قائمة الانتظار وتخزينها عبر مزودي خدمات سحابية من جهات خارجية. هذا يعني أن بياناتك قد تُعالج أو تُخزَّن خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، تبعًا لمواقع خوادم هؤلاء المزودين. نعمل على مراجعة هذا الترتيب بما يتوافق مع لوائح نقل البيانات الصادرة عن سدايا قبل إطلاق المنتج الكامل.
يحق لك:
نلتزم بالرد على طلبك خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلامه، مع إمكانية تمديد هذه المدة مرة واحدة عند الحاجة. كما يحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى سدايا خلال 90 يومًا من حدوث ما تعتقد أنه انتهاك لحقوقك.
نحتفظ ببيانات قائمة الانتظار طوال الفترة اللازمة لتشغيل القائمة والتواصل معك بشأن الإطلاق، أو إلى أن تطلب حذفها مبكرًا.
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.
This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you join the BAGY waitlist. Data processing is governed by Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree M/19), supervised by the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
The entity responsible for your data is "Rasid Bagy," the commercial registration under which BAGY operates, based in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
When you join the waitlist, we ask for:
This data is currently used only to manage the waitlist — not for any actual investment or banking activity, since BAGY hasn't launched yet.
We use your data to contact you when the app launches, and to understand our early member base (such as which banks are most common) so we can plan our technical partnerships accordingly.
Waitlist data is processed and stored through third-party cloud service providers. This means your data may be processed or stored outside Saudi Arabia, depending on where those providers' servers are located. We're reviewing this arrangement against SDAIA's data transfer regulations ahead of the full product launch.
You have the right to:
We aim to respond to any request within 30 days of receiving it, with one possible extension if needed. You also have the right to file a complaint with SDAIA within 90 days of becoming aware of what you believe is a violation of your rights.
We retain waitlist data for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and contact you about launch, or until you ask us to delete it sooner.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the update date.
