What joining the waitlist means

Joining the waitlist is pre-registration only. It doesn't create a banking or investment account, no investment activity begins, and it doesn't guarantee you a place in the final product or any specific launch date.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to join the waitlist. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself.

No investment advice

Nothing on this site, or in the waitlist process, constitutes investment or financial advice, or an offer of financial services. BAGY is not currently licensed as a financial institution and won't provide any actual investment service until the appropriate regulatory license is obtained.

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Changing or ending the waitlist

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist at any time, without liability to those registered on it.

Intellectual property

The BAGY name, logo, and all content on this site belong to Rasid Bagy.

Limitation of liability

The waitlist is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any delay in launch, change in product plans, or the product not launching at all.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
